The Level Point of View emphasizes design pattern and shape. It is the easiest point of view to learn about composition, because a level point of view is almost 2D instead of 3D. In other words it has far fewer perspective issues. And yet, you can make extremely beautiful and powerful compositions with the Level Point of View.
