TWO BOTTLES


These are examples of the Two Bottle Painting Exercise:

The challenge is to use any two Complementary colors plus white to come up with as many variations of those colors as possible. Fill in each shape with flat blocks of color. Leave a white line around each object.

The white line is the white of the canvas. To achieve the white line, butt one color up to the line. Then on the opposite side of the line, paint the color very close to the line but not touching. That will leave a sliver of white. Make the white line very thin but without touching the other color.
